How do I know if my product is affected?
Why is this product being recalled?
The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced a product recall involving chicken on October 9th, 2024. The fully cooked chicken has been recalled by one of our suppliers (BrucePac) for the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes. Are the Grilled Chicken Dices unsafe to eat?
The Grilled Chicken Dices with the lot numbers listed above are considered unsafe for consumption by the FSIS. For the most up to date information regarding the recall, click here.
What if I've already consumed my meals?
Currently, there have been no illnesses or adverse reactions reported due to consumption of the recalled products. However, if you have consumed one of the recalled products and are concerned about an illness, please contact a healthcare provider. Persons who experience flu-like symptoms within two months after eating contaminated food should seek medical care and tell the health care provide about eating the contaminated food.
Is the above product still available for purchase?
As a precautionary measure, the product will be out-of-stock until we are confident there has been no cross contamination.
If I have unopened cans of this product, what should I do?
If you still have any unconsumed cans of this product with the lot numbers listed above, dispose of it immediately. To dispose of this product place in an outside trash receptacle. Please do not ship this product back to Nutristore.
Will my recalled product be refunded or replaced?
Customers who have purchased the cans with the lot numbers listed above will be issued Nutristore equivalent to the product purchased within the next 7-10 business days.
What if I have recalled product but have not received a notification email?
Recall notifications will send by the end of October 2024. If you have not received a notification by this date and you believe you have recalled product, please first verify that your product is the above meals having matching lot numbers. Once verified, contact our customer service email bprecall@nutristorefoods.com
How do I get a refund if I did not purchase the product directly from Nutristore?
If you did not receive an email, please contact bprecall@nutristorefoods.com and customer service will assist you.
