We do not accept returns on food storage items unless:

The product was damaged upon arrival

There is a shipping discrepancy (such as missing or incorrect items)
To file a claim:

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Contact us at support@nutristorefoods.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Please send the lot date which can be found on the bottom of the can.

Please retain all packaging materials as they may be needed during the claims process
🥫 Dented Cans Policy
We understand that dents can occur during shipping. Our policy is as follows:

If the rim or seam of the can is dented, please send us photos and details. This can impact the product’s seal, and we will provide a full replacement or refund.

If the dent is on the side of the can and the seal is intact, the product remains safe for long-term storage (up to 25 years). In these cases, we will offer a reasonable accommodation to ensure customer satisfaction while allowing you to safely keep and use the product.
