Nutristore Return & Shipping Policy:

At Nutristore, we take pride in providing premium-quality shelf-stable food products to support your emergency preparedness and everyday needs. Because of the nature of our food storage items, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure the integrity and safety of all products delivered. 

📦 Return Policy 

We do not accept returns on food storage items unless: 

  • The product was damaged upon arrival 

  • There is a shipping discrepancy (such as missing or incorrect items) 

To file a claim: 

  • All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery 

  • Contact us at support@nutristorefoods.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Please send the lot date which can be found on the bottom of the can.  

  • Please retain all packaging materials as they may be needed during the claims process 

🥫 Dented Cans Policy:

We understand that dents can occur during shipping. Our policy is as follows: 

  • If the rim or seam of the can is dented, please send us photos and details. This can impact the product’s seal, and we will provide a full replacement or refund. 

  • If the dent is on the side of the can and the seal is intact, the product remains safe for long-term storage (up to 25 years). In these cases, we will offer a reasonable accommodation to ensure customer satisfaction while allowing you to safely keep and use the product. 

🚚 Shipping Policy & Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Nutristore is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. 

  • If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located: 

  • We can file a claim with UPS to help locate the package 

  • However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the address entered at checkout was incorrect 

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations 

  • Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system quickly. For that reason: 

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun 

  • Please double-check your cart and shipping details before submitting your order.
