Strawberry Pound Cake Cupcakes

You can't ever go wrong with a strawberry flavored dessert, especially during the summer. These cupcakes make the most delicious treat for family and friend get togethers. 

Ingredients

Heavy whipped cream

Freeze-dried bananas, blueberries, and strawberries for garnish.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix sugar and melted butter. Add eggs one at a time and blend well.
  4. Alternate blending in flour mixture and milk to the sugar mixture. Mix until combined.
  5. Fold in freeze-dried strawberries.
  6. Put cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and fill with cupcake batter.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Decorate with whipped cream and garnish with Nutristore Freeze-dried bananasblueberries, and strawberries.
