Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites
Looking for something a little different to snack on? These energy bites will become your new favorite to have in the house!

Directions
- Add freeze dried apples to a food processor and pulse until fine powder
- Add oats and pulse a few time so some oats are chopped
- Remove chopped into a bowl and add almonds to the food processor and pulse until finely chopped
- Add almonds and remaining ingredients and mix in the bowl. Add only 1 tbsp of water at a time as needed to help it stick together
- Roll into 1 - 1 ½ inch balls
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week
Notes: *Adding a dash of salt when mixing elevates too
