Tortilla Egg Pizza
    This quick and easy breakfast meal comes together in a flash and is packed with protein. You can customize the add in ingredients to fit your taste (ham, bacon, spinach, red pepper, and pepper jack cheese are a few other ideas).

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
 - Spray a pie dish with cooking spray and place tortilla in dish so it comes up a little on the sides
 - Combine egg mix, water, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, and dry mustard in blender and blend until smooth
 - Pour egg mixture on top of tortilla in pie dish
 - Drain excess water from sausage crumbles and cheese, then sprinkle over the egg mixture
 - Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until set. Let sit for 5 minutes. Cut in slices and serve
