Tortilla Egg Pizza

This quick and easy breakfast meal comes together in a flash and is packed with protein. You can customize the add in ingredients to fit your taste (ham, bacon, spinach, red pepper, and pepper jack cheese are a few other ideas).

 

Ingredients
  • 1 10" flour tortilla
  • 10 tbsp Nutristore Premium Egg Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½  tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dry mustard
  • ¼ cup Nutristore Sausage Crumbles
  • ½ cup Nutristore Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray a pie dish with cooking spray and place tortilla in dish so it comes up a little on the sides
  3. Combine egg mix, water, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, and dry mustard in blender and blend until smooth
  4. Pour egg mixture on top of tortilla in pie dish
  5. Drain excess water from sausage crumbles and cheese, then sprinkle over the egg mixture
  6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until set. Let sit for 5 minutes. Cut in slices and serve
