Raspberry Pretzel Jello

  • 3 cups Nutristore Freeze-Dried Raspberries
  • 2 cups pretzels broken into pieces
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar + 3 Tbsp for base layer
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 6 ounce box raspberry Jell-o
  • 2 cups boiling water

Serving Size




Base Layer
      •     Combine broken pretzels, melted butter and 3 Tablespoons sugar. Mix until pretzels are fully coated.

      •     Press in  9 x 13 pan and bake at 350° for 7 minutes.  Cool completely.

Middle Layer
      •     Beat 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth.  Fold in Cool Whip.

      •     Spread mixture over pretzel layer. Spread and press the cream cheese mixture against the sides of the pan to create a full barrier between the base layer and the top layer.

Top Layer
      •     Reconstitute Nutristore freeze-dried raspberries using instructions on packaging. Drain.
      •     Mix Jello and boiling water until jello is dissolved.  Add reconstituted Nutristore Freeze-Dried Raspberries. 

      •     Cool and set slightly.  Pour over cream cheese layer. 

      •     Refrigerate until firm.
